We've used them on numerous occasions, and they have always done excellent work. If your window frames are in good shape, replacing the glass is an affordable option compared to replacing the whole window. We were considering replacing all of our windows until one of our neighbors told us about them. They have literally saved us tens of thousands of dollars. We highly recommend them.

Charles (the owner) was great. Showed us a good assortment of glass styles and didn't try to upsell us when we chose one of the least expensive types. He was on time and clearly took great pride in doing the work correctly. Also he was very friendly and a pleasure to talk with. We could have paid a little less by going with a mobile glass service run out of a truck, but I'm glad we went with Rose Hill Glass, as they're a neighborhood institution and they have a great reputation to keep.
