Rainier Inspections, Inc. has been serving the Puget sound area since 1988. Rainier Inspections, Inc., and it's founder Brad Albin specialize in pre-purchase inspections of residential properties. Rainier Inspections, Inc. strives to bring high quality inspections to the public which are comprehensive and easy to understand. Inspections are performed in King, Pierce, and Snohomish counties.

Brad spent 3.5 hours examining the inside and outside of the house. I was present for the inspection, and he was very willing to explain his process and findings. He explained signs that would have indicated runoff water pooling or construction slippage (signs not present, fortunately). He was knowledgable about a no-longer used electrical system from the 80's and gave ideas about which parts could be hard to find in the future. He fully tested all water, ac/heating, CDFI, and other systems, as well as pointing out windows with seal leakage.
Brad's write-up contained close-up pictures of areas of concern, with clear explanations of necessary repairs or recommended maintenance. We have a clear document to reference going forward.
