I booked because Symone was so responsive. Shelly, Taryn, Alexi and Mandy did a fantastic job!! Everything was cleaned, dusted and shiney! They were attentive to detail and all my couch blankets were folded neatl, my baseboards are dusted, the chrome on all my fixtures are sparkling and my stove top is gleaming. In should have done this month's ago! They were so great, I've scheduled for twice monthly cleanings.

I had a truly horrible experience with this company. We paid them $700 to do a deep clean of our five bedroom home. They cleaned only two out of our three bathrooms, one of our five bedrooms, and did a rushed and sloppy job on the rooms they did clean. The floor was so sticky I had to re-mop it all myself. They claimed to spend 10 hours but I could have done a better job myself in half that time. They refused to adjust the price to reflect the amount of square footage they actually cleaned. Once you authorize that credit card payment when you book the service, you're out of luck if they do poor work. I would not recommend booking with this company. In response to Ben's comment below: Your reply is not only untrue, it is offensive. I keep my home clean. Your service has cleaned our home many many times in the past and you knew exactly how big it is. We did not add onto the square footage since you last cleaned our home. I did attempt to dispute your fraudulent charge with my credit card company because you charged me for ten hours of work when clearly your team was not in my home anywhere near that long based on the work that was completed. The credit card company refused to reverse the charge so you absolutely did get paid. Your response is dishonest and incredibly unprofessional.

"[Member Name Removed], we are sorry you feel this way, but here's our side of the story. We estimated a specific amount of hours of labor required for the service based on the information that you provided when the service was booked. Our work is hourly because we don't know how dirty the home is, or the actual size of the home, until we get there and begin the work. This is stated in our policies. When the service was booked, you told us that the home was between 2,200-2,799 sq. ft., and it turns out that the home is actually 3,220 square feet according to Zillow. Since we based our estimate off of a much smaller size than your home actually is, we did not have enough time approved in advance. In addition to being under-booked, the home was also much dirtier than we anticipated. The team spent most of the approved time on the upper level due to the amount of grime and grease in the kitchen. It was clear that the home had not been cleaned in a long time. During the service, we reached out to see if you were willing to approve the additional time to complete the home. Since you chose not to approve the additional time, we did the best we could with the time we had available. Afterwards, when you told us that you were not happy with the cleaning, we offered to come back and re-clean any areas of the home that were included for no cost, which you declined. Lastly, you disputed the charge (which was $599, not $700) with your credit card company, which means that we did not get paid for the job and we incurred additional bank service charges. We are sorry that we were not able to make it right. We did the best we could within the time approved and condition of the home."

The Rain City Maids team did a great job on the initial deep cleaning. They were on time, pleasant, great communicators, and their work was thorough and quick. My house is very clean and there is no lingering chemical cleaner smell. I also appreciate that Rain City sent a supervisor to do a quality check. I look forward to our next cleaning!

I used Rain City Maids for bi-monthly cleanings for about 5 months. Their communication is excellent, and Jaime responded to my request for re-cleans without problems. When the service started it was excellent, but over time there was just too many misses of areas not being dusted, rooms not being vacuumed, and bathrooms not being cleaned very well. I had used another company a few years before (now under different ownership with lower ratings). My husband commented with the old company he would walk in and the whole house would sparkle and smell clean, and now only certain areas like the kitchen were that way. I figured if he noticed it was bad. My kids were complaining their rooms weren't getting vacuumed and I was tired of calling for re-cleans. I decided to buy a Roomba and go back to cleaning the house myself for awhile and save the money. We paid 212.80 per clean, with 2 pets, for a 2090 sqft house.

Everything is clean, the crew were professional and hardworking, and communication with the receptionist girl was very easy. Just a note that I paid extra $30 to clean the windows of my mom's bedroom. Overall they did a great job.

What a great cleaning service! They were great on the phone and up front with the costs. You can also book online and pay with a credit card. They arrived promptly, and did an amazing job on my house. They were really, sweet, respectful and careful with my things. They were super considerate with my dog, and very careful not to let her out. I would highly recommend doing a fridge clean. It was worth everything just for that ?

I've lived in my apartment for a little over 2 years now and I have 2 cats and a bird. My place really needed a deep clean. Ashley, Alexia and Brenda were AMAZING! My place looks amazing. Not only did they do a wonderful job, but they were so friendly and personable. I will definitely be using them again on a regular basis. I will not wait again to need another deep cleaning. My bathtub and tile were steam cleaned, I believe. There was mold in the grout area which I've had to scrub pretty hard to get out and it never completely came off. But with Rain City Maids (Brenda) make it shine again. Every thing was spotless and they even clean the floor as they go out the door. Fantastic job!

I highly recommend Rain City Maids! I first tried Merry Maids, and was so disappointed with their first clean that I fired them and called Rain City Maids. Lilly and Kaitlyn were my crew, and they did an amazing job. I showed them the bottom of my tub, so they could see that hard water had made it ‘uncleanable’ – for years! You can make it clean, of course, but it still looks dirty - I just wanted them to know not to work too **** ** it. Imagine my surprise when I can home to a sparkling WHITE bathtub! I have no idea how they did it… even bleach didn’t work for me! The whole house sparkles. Also, the products they use don’t leave a chemical smell behind. The people in the office are super-responsive, send reminders. Their arrival window is just one hour (Merry Maids is two, and they arrived on hour three). I’m looking forward to a long relationship with Rain City Maids!

This was my first house cleaning experience, and I'm really glad that I chose Rain City Maids to do a deep clean. Their service is more expensive than some, but the quality and professionalism of the work are worth it. Leslie and Arielle were quite professional and worked very hard the whole time. They arrived within the specified window, and got right to work. Everything is so clean and sparkly, I feel like I'm living in a hotel! My only regret is that I didn't start this service sooner.

Rain City Maids saved the day! My apartment had gotten to that "I don't even know where to begin" state, and I knew professional help was needed. I selected Rain City Maids based on their good reviews on websites like this, and I was not disappointed. My kitchen and bathroom has been scoured and scrubbed and looks brand new. Surfaces were dusted, baseboards are looking bright and shiny. Best of all, the carpet was vacuumed and cleaned, and I noticed that many tough stains disappeared. I knew I had let things slide too far when RCM contacted me (they were scheduled for 2 hours) to let me know that they recommended another hour's worth of cleaning, and that it would be an additional $50. I appreciated their letting me know and giving me the option to approve the additional work. I was certainly glad I did. A clean space is a happy space, and we will definitely have RCM return regularly.

My first experience with Rain City Maids and I’m very happy with the service. I had them do a deep clean - I’ve had the flu and I have toddlers around so my house was in extreme need of deep clean. They really did a great job. There was one area behind my bathroom toilet that was missed, but when I complained they came the next day and redid it without giving me a hard time. They were very interested in making sure I was pleased with my service.
