Radiant Cleaning

They offered a living social deal about a month ago. I called and asked to get a quote for window cleaning for my home, leaving a message. No return phone call. I didn't bother calling back, and the deal offer expired before I could buy one. They again offered a living social deal last week. I called again and asked for a quote. This time, they sent an employee out to do an estimate. Shockingly, he could not tell me how much they would charge me. Only that every 2nd floor window was a $30 additional charge. Although this man was nice and only 10 minutes late (not a big deal), he refused to give me an estimate, saying only the office would call me with the quote. It's been 6 days now, with still no quote from their office.I suspect they're only trying to fish for bigger $ jobs with these coupon deals, and don't bother calling back on the smaller ones. Either way, I won't waste one more minute with Radiant Cleaning. I'd recommend you look elsewhere too. I get a shady feeling from these folks, and their customer service is terrible at best...
