It went in a level i have not seen before, everything was marked, planned and ordered and delivered at the right time.  A few times i was worried about things being on time, but he worked with me on daily bases to educate me on finishes and how you manage a project of my size, so is done on time and stopped me from making numerous errors.  Do allow him the freedom, listen to his opinion, don't do what I did, i bought 3 toilets on my own trying to improve the time line.  He patiently waited and bought the right toilet and I am now the proud owner of 3 unused toilet if anyone needs it.
