I asked for a tune up of my machine explaining the zig zag wasn't working very well. When I got it back, the zig zag wasn't working at all. I returned the machine the next day and the manager was very helpful and apologetic. I had to wait another week to get it back. This time the machine worked great. The managers there are very nice and helpful, it is unfortunate that they have to send the machines out for a week at a time to be repaired.

My almost-new sewing machine would not feed the thread around the bobbin. I took it in to Quality Sewing And Vacuum to have it checked out, even though I didn't buy it there. They saw me right away, and looked at the problem. They advised me that I had heavy duty thread but the needle was for thinner thread. I left to think about what to do next. There was no pressure to buy anything. They told me about free classes such as beginner sewing machine users. I will be going back for any future sewing needs.

I have used them a lot over the past. They have been around for a while. They have a lot of things going on. They teach you how to use your machine; they tell you how it works and that is a free service. They have a lot of classes, seminars and guest speakers. Everybody there was nice, helpful and informative; they knew what they were talking about. I felt comfortable.

THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY; OFFERED THE USE OF THEIR OWN SEWING MACHINE WHILE MINE WAS BEING FIXED. IT WAS FIXED EARLIER THAN THEY ARE ESTIMATED AND THE COST WAS WHAT THEY QUOTED. AND THEY SHOWED ME HOW TO AVOID A THREAD JAM IN THE FUTURE TO AVOID ANY MORE REPAIRS.
