He seemed very thorough and had a home inspection notebook. However, we soon realized that he missed some very significant things such as a hole beneath our fuse box, the water running behind it, and neglecting to mention that it was not up to code. He also missed an electrical hazard in the pool area. He has not returned any of the eight phone calls we have made to him.
Description of Work: He inspected a home that we were purchasing.
