Went through Home Depot who was to manage the work. Problems encountered: Change order pricing for unforeseen work was overpriced and not vetted by Home Depot as promised. Materials were not adequately estimated/ordered which resulted in delays and me running back to home depot on more than one occasion. examples: shortage of tile, grout, missing plumbing parts, shower door measured incorrectly. Work was completed in phases with no oversight done between phases from Home Depot, as promised resulting in poor outcome. Example: my exterior wall was never insulated. Work to retile a standard shower stall took 3.5 months.
