+ -1 moreWe were planning to do a concrete overlay with an acid stain on our basement floor as part of a basement remodel. Jim came out and provided an estimate. Jim answered all of our questions and provided tons of information. He also promptly answered many follow up questions by email. We ended up using carpet to save money, but we would have been very confident hiring NW decorative- very knowledgeable and helpful.
Description of Work: Interior (basement) floor- concrete overlay with an acid stain.
