DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY This company is the same as Capital Building Group. If you look at their web-site: [*** Link removed ***] you'll see that the facebook link takes to northmen construction. Logo and the person in charge (Travis) are the same. We started a basement remodeling project in June and had a cap for labor cost in the contract for the full remodeling scope. The timelines were constantly slipping. The cost was going up. I agreed to increase the cost over cap to pay for some out of initial scope work required by inspector. Travis agreed on this but then his team just disappeared one day. No note, no call or e-mail. Just took out everything from the basement and disappeared. The remodeling is half-way through. I'm trying to get hold of him for a week with no luck.

The entire process was seamless from start to finish. Travis and his team are very easy to have around the house. They were a very respectful and hard working crew. Travis helped me design the outdoor kitchen and it came out beautifully. I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

I would absolutely recommend Northmen Repairs to anyone looking for residential products. Travis and his crew are exactly what I am looking for in my contractor. Honest, Creative, and hardworking. I will surely be using them again for future projects.

The service received from Northmen Repais was efficient and professional. The work area was kept clean and safe at all times. At the end of each work day employees removed all tools, extra material, and trash (nails, screws, rags, etc.). Travis was personable and made great recommendations regarding how the deck setup would create a more usable space. The deck is very sturdy and beautifully built. All of the employees were friendly and professional. We love our new outdoor living space!
