Jim did a great job in doing what was necessary and referring to other professionals to get the job done right. It took time as leak had to dry. Jim was courteous, always cleaned up, and met appointments as agreed. Great price.

Jim came and took a look, sent me a quote via email the next day, and we set a date for the work. The result is attractive, functional, and sturdy. Jim is always pleasant to deal with and a thorough professional. I appreciate that he asks the right questions and listens to my comments as to what I really need.

Came several times to estimate, measure, compare laminate color, etc. Charge for all that time to measure correctly, even though cabinet ended up the wrong size. Had cabinet built by cabinetmaker. Ready sooner than expected. Came with helper to remove old cabinet and install new one. Drilled holes in ceiling and wall to find joists and studs for secure attachment. Cabinet was wrong size, so holes drilled in ceiling and the old yellowed ceiling showed. Admitted the mistake was his, but offered no apology, reduction in cost (as he had given done in past for errors), or offer to rectify situation. He DID find that the connection from the water line to the frig had a slow leak and turned the water off to avoid further dripping. By not protecting the floor when moving the frig, the floor was damaged. Repair needed. Very unlike his previous work. Discouraging disappointment.

When he saw the siding, he knew he needed more time than we had available, so we scheduled a time for him to do the work. He found damage, assessed the alternatives, and recommended what needed to be done. He took one of the old siding boards to get a paint match, then returned to paint the new siding and spread the rock to deter future damage.
