+ -1 moreIf you catch the owner or a young lady who is sometimes there they are helpful and attentive to customer's; if you don't catch them you are barely able to get an answer to your question and they appear not to care at all that you are trying to buy items from them. If you do purchase large items they won't even offer to help you load them in your vehicle. I have driven more than an hour to get there on 4 occasions but have decided it's no longer worth the aggravation. I'm going to the Internet for my future purchases as I get better information and response there.

+ -1 moreThis was the ONLY place I could find in WA that had the equipment I needed to complete my backyard project. This place has everything! Top notch service too. The staff was very helpful, even though I only spent approx. $45.
