JC has superb communication. He followed my request for email or text follow up rather than phone, and was very quick & professional. His quote was higher than others, so I didn't hire him, but I appreciate he believes his quality of service is worth his prices! I would definitely reach out again!

JC was prompt, courteous, and worked very **** ** detaining my vehicle. He did a really great job and my vehicle looks brand new! He gave me his card, and I will definitely hire him again. The convenience of him coming to my home is fantastic.

Overall JC did a good job. Very hardworking. The car was a mess..it really was restored to almost new. The only complaint we had was we paid a bit more for the headlights to be restored aka remove the haze and that turned out not much better. Love the on-site service. Our car was heavily used by a teenager so it was really more than he signed up for!

Scheduled appointment on Aug 30, 2018 for September 8, 2018. Failed to show up. When I called, JC acted surprised we had an appointment. Offered to come next day, but my schedule did not allow, and not certain he would have shown up then either.

Went great. They showed up on time, did the job well, and the price was fair.

Fantastic! JC is the nicest guy and incredibly professional! He came to our home and spent 5 hours cleaning our car and it looked like new when he was finished. Not easy with a black car!

He spent 4 hours working and I got charged a very good price. He charged me 4 times less than a physical auto detail shop quoted me! Overall, I'm extremely impressed and will definitely be using him in the future for all my auto detailing needs.

A friend told me about Mobile Auto Detail by JC and I recently used him for the second time. As before, he answered e-mails within a day, arrived right on time as scheduled, then spent hours on my 18 year old car making it look a dozen years younger!. Having the work done in my driveway and garage was extremely convenient and the price was very reasonable. (If it's raining, have garage space for him to work once he is done washing the car.) I recommend him to all my friends and I will use him again. Photos may not capture how much work he did, but my aging car during a very wet time of the year looks great now!

JC was great! He arrived on time and spent most of the day working on the car in my driveway. Results were fantastic - car was spotless inside and out. He even cleaned the dusty engine! I thought it was a great value for the time and effort he put into the service.

This guy is amazing! Prompt, professional and hard working. He spent about 6 hrs on 2 consecutive days detailing my cars, They both look like new! JC is now my "go to" guy for all of my auto detailing needs.

JC was top-notch in every way. I had not had my car cleaned in 3 or more years. It was very dirty with lots and lots of dog hair, dirt on the floor mats, leaves, everything! JC did a truly amazing job on it, both inside and out. It was easy to schedule a time with him and I appreciated the fact that he was patient when I changed the date. He was punctual on the morning that he came and worked for around 5 hours. He got to every nook and cranny in that car and I couldn't believe how good it looked. He was able to get some marks off of the exterior that I had thought would not come off. He did a fantastic job and I would definitely hire him again, as well as recommend him to potential customers. I'm so upset over this guy I can't believe he has a Angie's Super Service award. I had a confirmed appointment with him for this Saturday where we had discussed what he was going to do with my car. I had a fairly pleasant conversation with him yesterday 6/23 and today I contacted him again because I wanted more options (buffing and paint chip repairs). Yes I actually wanted to give him more money and I told him this. I was completely fine to pay extra above and beyond his advertised detail price. He didn't respond to my email so I call him to verify he got my email and I tell him that I would like to get my car looking brand new. He then insults me by saying "well let me tell you one thing, it's a used car, it's not going to look brand new." I was floored. I didn't expect anyone to tell me that. Obviously my car is not new and telling him I wanted looking brand new doesn't literally mean I want a brand new car. He then tells me that I should go find someone else to detail my car and already pulled me off the calendar and replaced with someone else. That's fine JC, I'll gladly pay someone else more money to do a quality job. I don't understand how a simple request for MORE service and willing to pay MORE money equals "go find someone else" for JC.

We've used JC Auto Detail twice. JC is often booked up a week or so in advance, so don't look for next-day service. But it's worth the wait. He comes on time and works quietly until the job is done. We should really use him more often, but I keep forgetting.

Arrived on time. Explained what he was going to do. Worked 6 hours steady. Very professional and does quality work. It would be be rediculous to say the car looks like brand new, however, it looks better than it has in several years. I would recommend MOBILE AUTO DETAIL BY JC to all my friends. Will use his services in the future.

We had a very neglected car well-used by two small boys and he made it nice again. Scheduling was easy, he came when he said he would, and did a great job. He was also very friendly and professional.

JC arrived right on time. He did some troubleshooting to find the source of the bad smell in my car interior, which I thought was mold. He found that moisture had gotten in under my carpets, and the carpets and foam padding were soaking wet. I had cleaned them previously, and evidently the water never dried or evaporated. JC was very thorough and managed to extract the majority of water. He gave me instructions on how to continue to let the carpets dry out. He also did a great detail job on the interior and made it look like new! Overall he was on time, friendly, professional, and very helpful. He's worth every penny. I will definitely use him again in the future!
