Miki was amazing! From the moment we contacted her to the time we were preapproved to put in an offer on our first home was only minutes! She was always very responsive, able to answer all of our questions and was available even late in the evening and on weekends to ease our stress by assuring us everything was under control. We closed on our house in less than a month and couldn't be happier with the service she provided. It was clear to us that Miki truly cares about her clients and that we are more than just a number to her. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or refinance their home! She's the best!

I referred 2 of my buyers to Miki and she went above and beyond to complete loans for these buyers in the shortest time frame possible. This is a very competitive and fast market and both my buyers were up against multiple offers and because of what Miki was willing and able to do for them, they won the bids each time and got the house they wanted. One of my buyers was a very difficult transaction and she worked diligently until the issues were successfully resolved. Her communication skills are exemplary. She is very knowledgeable, clear, concise and "no or I can't", simply doesn't exists in her vocabulary. With this kind of an attitude, it made my buyers feel secure and relaxed as they felt they could trust what she said. She never over promised and did what she said she was going to do in a timely manner. She kept me in the loop constantly. I was never unaware of anything going on in the process during the entire time. I had to "push" her to the limit several times in order to get what I needed for my clients so they could get their houses and never ever once did I get anything other than a warm response and "I can do it" or "I'll take care of it". I love the fact that the processor/s were in the same office as Miki and she apparently has a great rapport with both the underwriters and appraisal company, since all went so smoothly in those arenas. It's taken me a very long time to find a mortgage lender who I or my buyers can completely rely on and absolutely know the job will get done. It's reassuring and refreshing to know that I am able to contact her on nights or weekends, which is when we need them the most. And, more importantly, she answers her phone!! What a novel idea. You'd be surprised in my business how many lenders never answer their phone. In my end of the business it's crucial for me to have a lender that I can depend on and I've certainly got that in Miki. I would definitely recommend her to all my clients in the future. She is just the best and deserves all the recognition I can give her.
