I feel these guys know what they are doing; they are dependable and trustworthy.

My overall experience with them was good. The people there worked professionally. The quality of their service was good, and their responsiveness was pretty quick.

Everything went great. Mark's Japanese-European Auto Repair has a very convenient service where you can just drop the car off in their parking lot and put your keys in the drop box and fill out a little form. They call you the next day and tell you what's going on. They're able to take a payment over the phone and you just go and pick up the car. They have an extremely convenient service and truthfully they are much less expensive than the dealership. They're my car guys.

My check engine light came on and a friend refered me to marks. I knew i was over due for service when I dropped if off in the key drop the night before. So i asked for a full report and diagnoses. By 10 am they called me with the details and the recommedations. I talked to another shop about the recommedations before calling back with the authorization to go ahead with repairs. In comparason Marks estimate was very reasonable. Mark called me back the next day at 3;pm to tell me the work was complete. I test drove the car after the repairs and was very happy. The car has never run better

Mark's was able to service the car the next day and did so. When we returned in the evening to pickup the car, the inside smelled like a smokers' lounge. Additionally, there was scratches on the instrument cluster and the steering wheel clicked when turned. Mark's couldn't explain how the smoke had gotten into the car, did there best to clean it out using orange cleaner and buffed out the scratches from the instrumentation cluster. We came back the next week and had the clicking addressed. Turned out to be a loose piece of plastic from the new parts that were installed.Management did there best to remedy the issue and eventually were successful. However, the pain of having to deal with the smoke, scratches, and the clicking will keep us from coming back.

Mark's was courteous and explained things well. They did the job and for the most part did good work. I did have a little issue with some of the finished work. When they were putting the door back together after the repair they left off one trim piece so the rubber piece started coming out which prevented the door from shutting properly sometimes. I never took the car back.

They are really good. We have no complaints. We would recommend them to anyone. They are easy to make an appointment with and they answer questions too. They explain everything in depth and showed me exactly what I needed to do. If they can't fix it, then they will tell you ahead of time, so someone else could.

Their professionalism and quality were good but I still have to go back and have them fix something. When they put the door back on they didn’t put it back on all the way and I haven’t had time to go back and have them do it.

On one vehicle, Mark was able to get it in and have front and rear brakes done in one day so we could go on vacation. His work is excellent and much cheaper than dealer estimates for the same work. We highly recommend any of Mark's locations as we've used two (Issaquah and Redmond).

Was able to schedule quickly within a few days of calling. Mark was professional and helpful. Work was done within the schedule that we agreed upon. he was unable to fix CD player for gave me several options to pursue for a new one. A small place with no fluff but good reliable, honest work. He had been recommended by a neighbor who had high praise for his work.
