Project went very well, even though the temperature was in the 20s, and I have an older house that doesn't necessarily want to cooperate with anything new. Danny met and exceeded my expectations on this project. Great work!

It went perfectly. I know that perfect marks can be suspicious. However, the quote was on the low side of average. They were responsive and thorough with all of my questions. I paid exactly what was on the quote. They were in by 9:00 am, and finished by 2:30 pm. Plus, when the initial inspection was done, Danny (Daniel Granfors) made a temporary fix to prevent serious injury and further damage. We opted not to get a new opener at this point. But when we do, I'll be contacting Lake Washington Door Service.

Danny is very personable and knows his business. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He got the work completed in a timely manner and then showed me how I could take care of the doors myself.

Danny was extremely helpful in diagnosing the issues we were having with our garage doors. I did not feel like I was being sold as Danny was judicious is outlining which components should be replaced and which we could get more life out of. The project was completed very quickly and price was reasonable. Doors are working great now! Also, Danny was very responsive and showed up when he said he would.

I had a garage door opener go out in our rental home. I called Danny at LW Garage Service over the weekend and he immediately called me at 8 AM on Monday morning. He was able to have the garage door completely repaired by noon. Not only was Danny very fast, be he was reasonably priced compared to other services I have used in the past. He was very professional and explained what services I needed and what I did not need. I have not always had the best experiences with Garage Door service providers, but am very happy to say that I now have someone that I would highly, highly recommend.

Danny checked out our mis-behaving door and diagnosed circuit board end-of-life. For our peace of mind, we wanted our garage to be secure, and asked what he recommended. He gave us many options to choose from, beyond just replacing the lift motor. We ended up getting a new motor, external key pad, new spring and bushings for one door, rollers for each door to allow smoother motion and quieter operation. He was able to do the work immediately, as he carries the necessary parts with him on service calls. Danny was friendly and informative. He worked efficiently and did what he said he would. The cost of parts and service listed in this review is >before< sales tax.

Danny is very professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. I called and left a message and he called back within 5 minutes. We scheduled same day service. He was very thorough and showed me what all was wrong and what should be replaced and what he can reuse. He had all the parts in his truck so no waiting around, he got right to work and replaced hardware and rollers for both doors. He was efficient and worked quickly! I was so pleased with the service of Lake Washington Door Service. The technician/installer, Danny, was right on track about explaining exactly how the garage door should work and why.  The parts that he used were commercial grade; it works perfectly now and is flush with the floor when closed.  I a very pleased with the quality of the work and performance of the door now.  I would absolutely refer my friends to him.

I emailed LW Garage Door Service and Danny Granfors got back to me by email and phone very quickly. He said he was able to do this job and ordered the proper metal support beams that would be needed. Before the job he was excellent at communicating with me and planning for the work. I texted him photos of my garage ceiling and also of the other bay that already had an opener installed to compare what work would need to be done. Danny was able to schedule me in in a timely matter and when I needed to leave town for a family emergency, we texted an alternative time/date for the job. On the day of the job, Danny was on time and brought an assistant with him. He had all the tools ready to go, including a 24 foot ladder. Project went very well. Ordered a custom colored garage door so had to wait for its delivery by manufacturer. I was kept informed on status of door delivery and installed when promised. Good workmanship, communication, and follow up from company.

We were having problems with our automatic garage door opener and Daniel came out on short notice to take a look. He walked us through exactly what was happening and how to properly maintain the door moving forward. He also suggested a few options that will help to keep the door in great shape for the life of the door. I couldn't have asked for a more professional service team to come out to our home.
