Work performed was perfect, done in a timely manner with follow-up to ensure I was happy. They are pricey but the work is topnotch and makes them the only shop I will use.

Dave, Karl and Jeremy all take the time, care and effort to ensure a top quality repair is done. As well as my wife's car, they have completed several repairs for friends and myself. Want to know how to tell if a shop is the best quality? When the repairs are perfect and all looks like "it never happened." Thank Dave, Karl and the whole crew at L & M!!

The paint match was perfect. The car was ready when promised. Their original quote was based on a misunderstanding on the cost of the part between L-M and their part supplier. We agreed to split the difference. The result was still well under the quote by the dealer, and below the 2nd lowest bid. I dropped quality to a B because there is a small area where their masking kept paint off the outside of the part. It is visible, but would probably not be noticed by the casual observer. I can patch it with touch-up paint. All-in-all, very good quality at a very reasonable price.

My poor ol' 2001 Prius (the first model year - not a hatchback) had been smooshed from the rear, making the trunk useless and otherwise doing enough damage to cause the insurance company for the other driver to total it. Since I really love the car, and could not convince them to just FIX IT, under their auspices, I reluctantly accepted their final offer for settlement and bought my baby back for its salvage value.
Knowing no-one who could or would recommend a body shop (I asked), I found three likely prospects from whom to get quotes - by reading Angie's List reviews (my first time w/Angie)!!! I went to L-M first and was impressed with everyone I came into contact with - after he looked her over, I gave Karl some time to look up parts availability while I got those other two quotes I'd promised myself to get (due diligence). One of those was also very professional, but perhaps a little "green" (compared to Karl), and could not give me a firm quote without "getting into it" and removing the bumper - their written, but "squishy" quote came in at $2874. The third shop was clearly not interested in the work at all, and suggested I just continue to drive it around with the trunk sealed up with duct tape - which I'd already been doing, as I had no wish to become a mushroom farmer. When I returned to L-M, Karl gave me a FIRM quote for $3200. Feeling trust for these folks already, I dropped the car off this Monday morning and crossed my fingers...
I've just picked it up, right on schedule this afternoon, and I absolutely could not be more pleased with the results. All the replaced and/or beautifully unbent parts fit/work perfectly, and the paint work is flawless. One of these days, I hope to get a minor (but annoying) scrape removed - this damaged three body panels on the right side when I came into contact with the concrete base of a parking lot light standard. Honestly, even though I could not afford to get that repaired properly this time (lots of paint work needed, w/3 panels affected), they've even helped to minimize that cosmetic damage by rubbing it out a bit - dang, it does look better! By the time I can afford to get that done right, and if the car continues to run like it has, I might even have L-M paint the entire car (though my truck needs that now...). Bottom line: what body/paint work I might have done in the future remains in question, but where I will go for that work is NOT. Big-time Kudos to everyone at L-M... Dave, Karl, Jeremy - these folks truly are the best!

I stopped in for an estimate about 9:30 on Friday morning. Dave was at the office desk and immediately came out with a pad for his notes and inspected the damaged area. Back in the office he entered the information into his computer and had a printed out estimate in about 5 minutes. Even though the price was a bit more than I liked it was considerably less than another shop I had just been to. In addition his shop could begin work on it Monday (3 days later) and have it ready on Wednesday of that same week. I said let's do it. As promised it was ready on Wednesday. The repaired area is indistinguishable from the surrounding area and the tint match is perfect. Also, they completely cleaned up the car inside and out - detailed it - and the car looks brand new again. That warrants an A rating on the price.

The estimate was honest and fair. The work was performed on time and with excellent quality. They treat customers very well. The car was fully detailed upon completion including shining the tires. The front fender was scratched and dented. L-M repaired the fender rather than replacing it. The paint was matched perfectly with the rest of the car. No one would ever know the fender was damaged.

Karl and Dave did go really an extra mile: not only they returned the car cleaned in and out, even tires cleaned, but they also blotted rock chips on the hood and a tiny scratch of front bumper! That is some REAL customer service and passion for work!

I was blown away by L-M! Everyone else wanted me to make an appointment to get an estimate and then I couldn't get time with them for 3 days. You don't have to have an appointment at L-M - just walk in. I got estimate right away and they told me everything they would be doing. We were expecting the job to be about $1000, so we were really pleased that it was only $620. The got the car done exactly when they said they would. And, as others have mentioned, it came back so incredibly clean! You couldn't even tell I usually have 2 kids in the back seat.
The entire staff was kind, courteous, and professional. I sure hope I don't need anymore body work, but if I do, I'll definitely go back to L-M!

The process was really smooth. They walked me through the planned process, agreed to the payment amount the insurance company had allocated and scheduled the work to work within my schedule and with the arrival of needed parts. They took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything. They even made sure my rental company picked me up and. They did all this in a really friendly manner. It was the first time I'd dealt with a collision repair on my own and they were great.
The paint job was well done. They shaded the new paint into the rear passenger door so it blended with the old paint.

I had just purchased a new (used) car that had some rust spots from poorly touched up repairs and I knew I had to fix those before it got worse.
I called Dave up at L-M autobody and brought it over for him to look at. He gave a fair price in a fair amount of time and delivered.
The areas looked good as new.
Very happy with the service and I'll go there again if we ever need other work done.

The guy in the office and the repair manager looked my 2005 Ranger over and gave me what I considered was a fair price for the work to be performed. They are both just really pleasant folks to work with.
I was astonished how well the work was done. If you sight down the fender you cannot notice that a repair was made.
In addition they totally polished my truck and removed many scratches. I have had several people comment on how good the truck looks.
I was very happy with whole experience at L-M Body shop.

Met and exceeded my expectations. Repairs look great. In the accident my license plate frame was broken - they even fixed that!! Very nice people and great service!
Another thing that I took as a good sign is that the people from Enterprise (where I rented a car while my car was in the shop) even commented on how much they liked the people at L-M and that it was a pleasure working with them. This was from not one, but three different Enterprise employees.

We did a little research and found L-M Body Shop through Angie's List, and took the car in for an estimate, and I quickly found out why they have such a high rating on here. The estimate was quick, but thorough. I knew the price was good from doing research beforehand, so I scheduled a time to have the work done. I was blown away at how great my car looked afterward, you can't find that dented rusty spot if you try! Our car is shiny black and the new paint matches perfectly. I HIGHLY recommend L-M Body Shop to anyone needing work done on their car! Dave, the owner, is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating, and the whole team there made my experience as easy as possible. I don't plan on having any accidents in the future, but in the event that I do and need work done on the car, I would go back here in a heartbeat!
