Kirkland Glass & Mirror

Companies that do great when everything goes well are one thing. But sometimes, jobs go sideways. It happens. That's when you really find out what kind of a company you're dealing with. Kirkland Glass & Mirror has done a number of glass replacement jobs for us, and they had always done a great job in the past. However, a recent replacement job involved an odd-shaped parallelogram. When it turned out that the fit wasn't quite right on the initial replacement glass, Mike and his technicians did what it took to make it right. In the end, it took several tries to get the proper fit, but they stuck with it until the job was competed to our satisfaction. And they were friendly and pleasant to work with throughout the whole process. It's clear that customer satisfaction is their priority, and they will remain our go-to company for our window and glass needs.

They were great! I knew it was going to be a good experience from the scheduling phone call. I had called 2 other glass companies - one thought the job was too small to make it worth the drive and the other said their estimator was booked out for two weeks. Kirkland Glass gave me an estimate over the phone (a very straightforward job, I described the window and gave measurements).  I called Wednesday and they were able to schedule me for Friday. The person I spoke with was very honest and courteous, and he even gave me the name of a glass company that worked more on an emergency basis in case I was in more of a rush.  
Appointment window was 2:30-3, the repair person arrived promptly at 2:30.  He was friendly, hard-working, knowledgeable, and professional. He was even very patient with my husband who asked him lots of questions about glass and windows.  Good cleanup after the job.  I don't think they could have done anything to make the experience better - and I'm so relieved to have my window fixed!

Our home was burglarized and 2  lights on rear doors  were smashed.   They came out and gave us an estimate and a time frame since the glass had to be custom made.   The glass was done in a timely manner and the estimate was accurate.  We were very pleased with the result.

We could not be happier with our new enclosures in both bathrooms. They look elegant and in addition they gave us tips on how to keep them. Kirkland Glass was a sub contractor for our general contractors and we are glad that there was a prior relationship.

We had an amazing experience with Kirkland Glass! They were able to quickly come an give us a detailed estimate of the work and described in detail what the process would be. The estimate was about $1000.00 less than other estimates we received, and the quality of options for the door handle and finishes were better! We decided to go with Kirkland Glass because they were so kind and professional, not solely based on the better price. The installation process was great! It took about 3 weeks for our glass to get here, which is longer than expected. But the company was helpful in scheduling, and when we had to reschedule due to a family emergency they were friendly and helpful, working with our schedule.
The installers were great! They made sure to keep the screen door closed when they were coming in and out of the house without needing to be asked. They also removed their shoes, again without being asked. They cleaned up everywhere they were, making it look like they were never there. The door and vanity top are just what we were expecting and look great! We can't wait to use our new bathroom! It was a great experience overall, which was such a relief as we have had bad experiences in the past. I would highly recommend this company!

Mike arrived on time. Did the job in a timely fashion. Cleaned up and left my place in great condition. I would use them again since they were wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend them if you need your windows replaced.

very easy. the estimate was right in line with two others..and estimator did work efficiently. good communication to set installation date once material arrived and a nice, friendly person arrived on time to do the work.

Mike and team were great. Mike was very friendly and professional. He explained all the choice and options available for my shower enclosure. He was able to use a very low profile u-channel to keep the shower as frameless as possible while other companies didn't even have the option. Mike took very accuarate measurements using laser levels and installed with laser levels to make sure everything was perfect. They were efficient and kept site clean during entire process.

Great service and inexpensive. It was a difficult glass replacement and a great job was done.

Measurements were taken the week prior. Two men came to install the mirror on our wall. They were on time, worked efficiently, and the end product was exactly what we wanted.

They were prompt and delivered on time. They had a good price. Their prices were very competitive and better than another company. It was a very small job. They delivered exactly on time. They knew what they were doing and gave me some good advice on what I needed. They were very competent.

Owner Mike Rhoton was very accommodating scheduling the work. Lead installer, Kevin, came out on time and did a first rate job. Everyone was easy to work with, professional, good value, excellent quality work. I would definitely use them again.

Please see above. After my last visit to Kirkland Glass I decided to check Angies List and find out how to nominate them for listing. Obviously someone beat me to it. Again, you will not be disappointed!

Mirror loosened when flooring was replaced. Were available day after contacting company for bid and completed job quickly the same day.

IT WAS A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I TOOK THEM A PIECE OF THE BROKEN WINDOW SO THAT THEY COULD MATCH THE GLASS. THEY INSIST IT IS THE SAME. IT IS NOT. THE GLASS IS A DIFFERENT TINT AND HAS A MIRROR IMAGE FROM THE OUTSIDE OF MY HOUSE. IT DOES NOT MATCH THE OTHER WINDOWS. I HAVE BEEN IN AN ONGOING ARGUMENT ABOUT PAYMENT.
