THEY HAVE BROKEN MY GARBAGE CAN TWICE AND CLAIM THAT IT WAS TOO HEAVY WHEN IT WAS NO WHERE NEAR THEIR 65LB LIMIT. THEY ALSO BEND GARBAGE CAN LIDS AND DON'T SEEM TO CARE. WE DON'T HAVE A CHOICE WHO PICKS UP OUR TRASH SO WE ARE STUCK WITH THEM. $72.12 IS PAID BI-MONTHLY.

THE WORK IS SATISFACTORY. I THINK THEY ARE TOO QUICK TO CHARGE EXTRA FEES FOR OVERWEIGHT OR OVER STUFFED CANS. BUT THEY ALWAYS COLLECT AND THEY DO GIVE A DISCOUNT IN THE WINTER WHEN YARD SERVICE IS UNNECESSARY.

OVERALL, WE HAVE HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. WE HAVE EXPERIENCED CONFUSION DUE TO WEATHER AND HOLIDAYS EACH YEAR, BUT THE PROBLEM IS USUALLY RESOLVED QUICKLY.

I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY COMPLAINTS REGARDING THIS GARBAGE COLLECTION SERVICE. THEY COME AT A VERY PREDICTABLE TIME EVERY WEEK AND PROVIDE US WITH CONVENIENT CALENDARS TO REMIND US OF RECYCLING COLLECTION DAYS AND ANY SCHEDULE CHANGES DUE TO HOLIDAYS.

WASTE MANAGEMENT IS SURPRISINGLY RESPONSIVE AND PROMPT FOR A COMPANY THAT SERVICES ENUMCLAW FROM KIRKLAND. ALTHOUGH THE SERVICE IS GOOD, IT IS REFLECTED IN THE COST. THE ONLY DRAWBACK IS THEIR PICKINESS FOR NOT HAVING THE DUMPSTER FILLED TO WHERE THE LID IS EVEN SLIGHTLY RAISED.

THEY MORE OR LESS COME AT AROUND THE SAME TIME EVERY WEEK. COLLECTION SERVICES ARE ADEQUATE BUT TRASH THAT SPILLS OUT WHEN THE GARBAGE CAN IS BEING LIFTED TO DUMP THE CONTENTS INTO THE TRUCK IS JUST LEFT ON THE GROUND WHERE IT FALLS. YOU CAN ALWAYS TELL WHEN IT IS GARBAGE COLLECTION DAY BY THE TRASH ALL OVER NEIGHBORHOOD STREETS.
