Todd was courteous and efficient. On the day it was promised, he was caught on the interstate in an extended traffic jam, and could not complete the appraisal during the afternoon as planned. He worked into the night to send it to me by email before the night was over, and he sent regular progress reports to keep me posted.

Todd was very personable and professional. He was also great about returning phone calls and keeping me up to date on when the appraisal would be completed.
