Selling one's home of 17 years is an extremely life-disrupting experience even under the best of circumstances. However, thanks to Rose Porter of Keller-Williams, the entire process went more smoothly than we ever imagined it would. Rose is an extremely diligent and knowledgeable agent who works hard to get the best deal for her clients. My husband and I listed our townhome with her over another agent with a strong local presence because she came to the initial listing interview with well-researched comparables and an excellent sales plan utilizing the latest technology. She also suggested that we pay for an independent home inspection prior to listing, which we did--to our benefit.
She coached us on preparing our home for sale and provided guidance on pricing it realistically. She did a terrific job; we got 2 full-price offers within 4 days of the listing date. Rose stayed on top of all the details from initial contact through closing. She was unfailingly responsive and patient in addressing our questions and concerns, even when they occurred well beyond usual working hours. Although we purchased our current residence from the development owner/property manager, Rose provided advice and counsel as the purchase proceeded, as well as negotiating with the owner on our behalf as renovations were made.

Sam and Renee are the greatest! I first met Sam at the WSHFC home buyers class (I strongly recommend the class) and he was a wealth of information.
