When he came to give us an estimate he had photos of many other projects he had done so it was easy to clearly communicate what we were looking for. After looking at the space he provided an estimate within 24 hours. His estimate was 1/3 of the next highest bid, and he got the work done in 1 week versus the month other contractors suggested. He showed up promptly every day and had the work done on time and under budget. Plus he was meticulous about cleaning up after each days work. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat.
