Fanastic job. J&S Home Services (Jeremy) surpassed all my requirements. He finished my decking and railing work after another contractors structural work. I didn't want the original contractor to finish since there were communication problems. J&S Home Services completed my elevated deck and an attached second higher deck using Azek decking materials. Throughout Jeremy knew what he was doing and I felt confident of his workmanship and attention to detail. Jeremy also helped me outside of the contract by giving construction advice, improvements on the existing structure, as well as, other home projects I will need to do. Jeremy is a professional in his communication, courteous and respectful in all interactions. Jeremy answered and responded quickly to my all questions. Jeremy was patient and understanding when there was a delay in materials. I highly recommend J&S Home Services for all home renovations and construction. It was a real pleasure to have a great contractor and I will hire him again and again.

Excellent. With our busy schedule we could not find anyone who could meet us within our schedules - Until we found J&S. They used emails and texts to plan the project, work and work with us. The project was ahead of schedule, on budget and great workmanship. We brought them back for a second job and had the same excellent results. When we requested a minor adjustment they came out within 24 hours and only charged us materials. Very fair and professional.

A++++ Can't say enough good things about how well this project went. The work was completed professionally in a very timely manner, faster than I expected. Even though we needed a design modification after the work was started, Jeremy was able to accommodate our needs quickly. A pleasure to work with Jeremy and his team.
