Rick worked at various times on these projects. He and his son worked together on a few of the repairs. He offered solutions to several problems that came up involving old vents, and badly place electrical sockets. Overall, he was friendly, kept us abreast of his estimate on times and costs. He was good getting in touch with us via email and phone, and we always felt that he had our best interests in mind when it came to the cost of repairs and his ability to come in on budget.
