 + -1 moreWe had an excellent experience working with Jackie and her team applying for a mortgage loan. They were able to stick to their expected timeline of closing in just 3 weeks with no unexpected glitches. We were in constant communication (both email and phone) throughout the process and Jackie and her team were very responsive and very encouraging, keeping us aware of where we were in the process at any given time and providing clear instructions regarding the very specific inputs we needed to provide for underwriting. Overall a great and easy experience!

 + -1 moreJackie Murphy Cobalt seemed to be very on top of things. The employee was not pushy and she knew that I needed a lower rate. My financial advisor recommended her to me. If the rates go back down I will likely call them back.
Description of Work: I called Jackie Murphy Cobalt for an estimate but did not use them because the rates increased.

 + -1 moreEvery time that we have ever worked with Jackie it has gone incredibly smoothly. She is extremely honest and detail oriented so everything went as originally promised. She also did a great job of helping us select the best loan products for us given our overall financial goals. I will absolutely use her again and refer her every chance that I get.
