We had an excellent experience working with Jackie and her team applying for a mortgage loan. They were able to stick to their expected timeline of closing in just 3 weeks with no unexpected glitches. We were in constant communication (both email and phone) throughout the process and Jackie and her team were very responsive and very encouraging, keeping us aware of where we were in the process at any given time and providing clear instructions regarding the very specific inputs we needed to provide for underwriting. Overall a great and easy experience!

Every time that we have ever worked with Jackie it has gone incredibly smoothly. She is extremely honest and detail oriented so everything went as originally promised. She also did a great job of helping us select the best loan products for us given our overall financial goals. I will absolutely use her again and refer her every chance that I get.
