INTEGRITY HOUSE CLEANING

I felt I did not get good service. I was charged for 20 hours of labor (4 people X 5 hours). The oven had to be re-cleaned. I told Debbie NOT to worry about the pans under the stove elements, since I had bought replacements - someone spent a lot of time cleaning them. I was told the window tracks were cleaned but there were dead bugs left. The chrome fixtures were all water spotted. The job done was no more effective than the every two weeks for an hour cleaning I had done regularly. I don't feel Debbie listened to what I wanted her to do. A ton of time seems to have gone into obsessively cleaning out every drawer and under every sink - a quick vacuum of both would have totally been fine. She also left the sliding glass door to my Master bedroom open when they left. The heat was going, and Debbie knew that we were not visiting the empty house often. When I spoke to her on the phone she told me that she wondered about the door, since the person who swept the porch had come back in that way. A call would have been nice to tell me to check the door. I view this as a security problem, and since the work was mediocre and she failed to secure the house I'd suggest being there, or thinking twice before hiring this firm.
