He really cared about what we wanted done for our house and the most economical way to get there. He was careful about the bottom line and the overall effect, and was also interested in the integrity of the design. He went over the project with us and billed us based on the time and not on the overall project. We knew exactly what we were going to spend each week at the maximum because there was only so much that he could work. The price was great. However, we paid for the materials separately. He was extremely courteous and a good craftsman. He was recommended to us by the people my husband works with. It's hard to find people that are interested in bringing our vision and what works with the house to a common product. We want him to redo another bathroom.

Bill is great. He mostly works independently, takes his time and is very thorough, paying close attention to details. He works with any kind of budget and is solution oriented. I give him the key to my house and love working with him. He helped me access which "off the shelf" stairs I should purchase for my attic and then figured out how to install them. (These are the kind that fold up, kind of like an attic ladder). It wasn't an easy project because of the location and structural challenges my house presented. But they are now installed very securely and I'm very pleased. Bill worked with a limited budget to remodel my modest bathroom. I Couldn't do everything I wanted to it so he did some custom work that cleaned up previous bad carpentry and left it in a condition that we could come back later and add other improvements (which I will hire him to do). He pulled old tile off the walls and repaired the plaster and wall board, installed bead board and had custom wainscoting built. He built a custom medicine cabinet and custom vanity as well as framed out the door, tub and window. Added an excellent paint job and voil , the bathroom looks tons better
