OVERALL, WE WERE DISAPPOINTED WITH SHELIA'S ATTENTION TO DETAIL. WE NEVER FORMALLY MET WITH HER AND WHEN WE ARRIVED AT CLOSING SHE WAS NOT THERE. THERE WERE MISTAKES ON THE CLOSING DOCUMENTS INCLUDING AN INCORRECT INTEREST RATE AND THE EXCLUSION OF A CREDIT WE WERE RECEIVING FROM THE SELLER. SHE ALSO DID NOT ADEQUATELY EXPLAIN THE WAY A LINE OF CREDIT WORKS AND WE WERE SURPRISED WHEN WE READ THE LOAN DOCUMENTS AT CLOSING TO SEE WE MAY HAVE TO PAY THE LOC OFF WITHIN 15 YEARS WITH A BALLOON PAYMENT.
