I have a service contract with them. If I recall correctly, I may have purchased a coupon from Angie's List, so that was pretty reasonable. Then they came back out because I had them do some more extensive cleaning because the air conditioner outside had a lot of pine needles in it. That I felt was a little bit on the high side, it needed to be done. I don't remember what they charged at all, but they're very good. The pricing was good.

We were trying to sell our house and he kept trying to tell us that we needed to replace the furnace. He was trying to charge $8000.00 and all he was trying to do was just upsell us the whole time. He was only supposed to service the system and he didn't even replace the filters. I tried to call the help line to complain and I never received a call back from them either.

It was great! The Tech was super nice, knowledgeable and helpful. He helped us understand how to better set up the filters and gave us advise about how to get more efficiently out of our furnace. He was really nice and trust worthy. He seemed very honest and reliable. We've actually signed up for a maintenance package with them!

It went well. Surprisingly, he told us that the furnace was actually ok, but could go at any time. We know we need to replace soon, but at least feel better knowing it's not kicking out carbon monoxide or something. I appreciated the honesty.

The service was okay. The guy was very informative. He was late. I did think that they did a really great job in calling and stuff, but overall, it was an okay situation. It was not what I would rave about. The Deal was very reasonable. I would possibly use them again. I might check around first. There is a 70% chance that I would use them again. The work they did was adequate. The worker was okay.
