We were very happy with the installation. Gary did NOT rush the job and the installation was done perfectly.
We will definitely call him again to perform contractor services.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. HIS WORK IS CAUSING MORE PROBLEMS THAN WHEN HE STARTED.
HE IS A BULLY AND TRIES TO INTIMIDATE. THEN HE ASKED ME WHAT WAS WRONG TELLING ME HE THOUGHT WE WERE FRIENDS. I DON'T KNOW THIS MAN AND HE WAS HIRED TO WORK NOT BE A FRIEND. HE IS A HANDYMAN! I WOULD NEVER CONSIDER THIS A "FRIENDSHIP". THIS ONE HAS ME SHAKING MY HEAD AT THE CRAZINESS OF THE COMMENT AND STILL WONDERING IF HE CAN FLIP FROM "FRIEND" TO ACTUALLY COMING TO MY HOME TO RIP OFF THE ROOF!
DON'T PROCEED WITHOUT IT IN WRITING.
DO GET OTHER BIDS IN WRITING. BE SURE THAT THE PROCEDURE WILL NOT DAMAGE YOUR PROPERTY
IF YOU PROVIDE MATERIALS BE SURE HE USES THEM AND DOESN'T TAKE THEM AWAY IN HIS TRUCK

It has been turned over to my homeowner's insurance and a competent roofing company for repair.

"This roof really wasn't put in properly to begin with, with the amount of money she was willing to spend (not much) I did the best I could. I don't know what she means about friends, I am a business man and work with integrity. I have been doing this for years and would never bully anyone. She really took this too far and I am sorry for your leaks. She never ended up paying me what she owed and it seems she wanted the insurance to handle it anyway. Please don't go by this review and if you need references for anything I would be glad. thanks Gary Steele"

Gary was great beyond expectation. Fast, reliable, reasonable priced, and experienced. Prepared for next day, knowledgeable in all facets. Up dated on new materials available.

I would highly recommend Gary for any of your repair needs. He has worked on call for us for the past 6 years. Gary quickly assesses the problem and just fixes it. His company does not charge a fee to just come and look at the issue. Importantly, I would like to add that his company is licensed and bonded. Gary is also a member of BNI, which is a Redmond, Washington chapter of Business Networking Professionals. If he can't do it, he can find the right person. On a personal side Gary is intelligent, well trained, honest, well priced on an hourly bases. He also has a great personality. You will be recommending him yourself.
