After a restoration of an antique hutch, we contracted Mr Peltier to design and build a matching period cabinet for that antique hutch. That went so well, we asked him to design and build matching cabinets for the entire kitchen. Both refinishing as well as
new and creative design for some unusual reclaimed spaces.

Again, he really came through for us in both design and execution. Beautiful stained cabinetry with great modern sliding drawers , pullouts, corner pullouts, and hinges as specified. 

This took several trips. Mostly because we wanted "add-ons" that were additions to the original design and work. Again, he was
very flexible and met our expectations in every way.

ALL of our guests and family greatly admire the cabinets and craftsmanship involved.

Furthermore, he has been exemplary in
his response to our numerous detailled requests and after-thoughts. There were a couple minor design issues that were
probably miscommunications on our part, and he was happy to make alterations to correct them after the fact.

We are  really happy with the results !

When we contacted the cabinet restoration company with the plan; they wanted to charge far more (and we thought that the price was extremely high ). Since we had already used Craig for other work in our house that was only peripherally related to furniture design and building, we knew that setting him loose on his specialty would be very rewarding. He met with us, designed and built the cabinets; and did the matching stain and installation. He actually came out to install the cabinets on our timeline; discovered that the stain was the wrong shade; took the cabinets back and restained them without additional charge or complaint. The end result was a fantastic replica of antique cabinets with many modern (pullouts, and corner pullouts) conveniences that were built in quite seamlessly. He worked very well with our timeline and obsessiveness. He is quite the perfectionist and I cannot say enough about how well things turned out !! His craftsmanship is truly something to look forward to !

We first used Craig Peltier for a design and construction of our fireplace mantle. Our experience with him and his work was excellent ! This worked so well, that we convinced him to step out his conventional "box" to help us redesign and restore some external posts and railings on our front porch deck. This involved a bit of design to restore the appearance to the 1901 period photos. Again, this worked very well and we were extraordinarily happy with his work and craftsmanship. We are continuing to use him on all of our restoration and wood working projects !
