"ESW contacted the client to inquire further to ensure sh was happy because the job ran exactly as planned. The first tile chosen was backordered by 2months so the materials were reselected to tiles that took 10days to arrive post granite installation. Once the tiles arrived we completed in 4 days as scheduled. Special order tiles always require time to receive and is beyond ESW's control. At present we are helping this client design and prepare for her full Master Bath installation."

"When installing custom countertops on existing cabinets the frame will out of line with time, which on leveled countertops can show a reveal (gap) b/w the stone and cabinet frame. ESW provides excellent carpenters on every job to address such concerns. Since we are not wood craftsmen, we always recommend finished carpenters to assist in furnishing and installing of scribe molding to the underside of the countertops to cover the gap. Note such gaps are only visible if you look under the counter, which for many people they don't feel the need to address."

"The job turned out beautiful but at the onset of the project an explanation had been provided that all bartop brackets needed to be in place to install. Unfortunately, the client's contractor didn't have that in place on install day and wasn't able to get out the same day. We had to charge a return trip charge because two men had to be sent out an alternate date after the contractor installed the brackets. Our goal is to always arrive to an install and complete in one day, hence a thorough presentation on the sales. However, the contractor didn't have all his ducks in a row for ESW upon install day hence our return."

"The client chose a very high level granite that had a lot of natural fissures present in the surface. When the client references stone salespeople it's in reference to the reps down at the stone warehouses. It is highly stressed here at ESW that we, the fabricator, personally walk you through the stone gallery. It enables us to educate one on the properties concerning various exotics and the expectation level one can have on an installed product. The vendors are not schooled on the stone's limitations in a production capacity."
