Euro Design Plaster & Stucco

This project went extremely well. Christian took great care in reviewing the project procedures and costs before we started. Since this project was on the front of the house, we were very concerned about the new stucco (EIFS) color matching the color of the existing stucco. EIFS is a simulated stucco that has been used for decades and can be very tricky to work with. He had us do a site visit at a customer's house who had similar work done, which helped his visualize how our project would look. They arrived when they said they would and completed the work on time. There were no surprises at all. They cleaned up the work site every day and at the end of the project. The work was impeccable. The color match was perfect. These guys really know their craft. We were very pleased with the outcome. Anyone looking at the house would not know the work had been done, which was one of our goals since curb appeal?thus maintaining our home's value?is very important to us. Everyone on the work crew was very pleasant including Toby back in the office who made sure that our estimate and final invoice were accurate and timely. One of the many reasons that we hired Euro Design for the job is that they had their own scaffolding and did all of the work themselves. Other companies that we considered used subcontractors so their bids had empty spaces for costs "to be supplied" by others that made it difficult to know the total cost. Other contractors also seemed to try to expand the scope of work (and costs) by leading us to believe more work needed to be done than necessary. Euro Design was able to control the schedule and quality of the work by having their services in a all-inclusive package. They stand by their work, providing a two-year warranty on their any work done by their company plus additional warranties on the products they use depending on the product and its manufacturer. We hired Euro Design through the Home Owners Club, a national organization that pre-qualifies companies for all types of home projects.
