the knives were sharper than when they were new. these guys are not cheap but their quality is unsurpassed. highly recommended if you want the sharpest edge on your fine knives and are willng to pay the price. i will not use anyone else now.

Service was great. Normally it's a 24 hour turn-around, but due to holidays, it was a couple of days. We figured this would be the case, so it was no problem. They sharpened the chefs knives, bread knife, paring knife, santoku knife, small serrated knife, and kitchen scissors. They charge by the inch, so the price isn't a big shocker. Honestly, our knives were sharper when they were new and they are a pleasure to use. We will return, at least every 2 years to have our knives sharpened.

I received excellent customer service on both drop off and pick-up. It only took 24 hours for them to do the job which was great and our knives are like new!

Very well. These guys really live and breathe knives. Perfect sharpening job. And they showed me what I was doing wrong (using the wrong angle when using a sharpening ceramic).
