He also helped me get the best price available. (btw, the price was literally half the price the car dealership was quoting. not that I was going to get tires from them, but it was an interesting benchmark.)
When I did decide to get the tires, since everything was in stock, there was no problem with fitting me into the schedule at my desired time, and the work was completed on time.
After driving with the new tires for a few months in the Seattle rain, I realize how great they are. Much much better than the Michelins that originally came with the car.
