Keith, the owner, showed up on time and was very friendly and professional. He only had 2.5 hrs to work and tried very hard to get as much done as possible. He worked very hard and very quickly and I had to give him more things to do. I wish he had been a little more thorough with the shower, but it was a good basic clean. I think if I had told him I prefer quality/thoroughness to quantity/speed that day, he would have been more thorough, but I think he was focused on getting a lot done in the allotted time. Without a time limit, things might have been different. Also, if I had told him I wasn't totally happy with something he would have recleaned it, but I didn't. He spoke English which is often not the case with home cleaning services so that was very helpful in describing exactly what I wanted done and the fact that I had to leave at a certain time, etc. I would hire Keith again.
