They perform all the work themselves. They don't outsource it. They are meticulous in their quality and they are really, really high in their customer service.

Eastside Home Improvement did very good work. The man was always on time. He was very punctual. He was very professional as well. He went out of his way painting extra airplanes on the walls for my son at no extra cost. He went above and beyond. He was excellent.

They are very cordial, professional, and easy to do business with. They addressed all of our projects over a period of time and did them all well. We were particularly pleased with the new railing and walkway. They are a high quality shop and I have no complaints about their work. My lower rating on pricing has to do with the fact that I was paying them an hourly rate and so experienced a few "sticker shock" moments when I got a bill for work that had been done. I would use them again, but in the future, would get a fixed quote for the work I wanted done so that I was prepared for the cost. On the one item that they did quote in advance, they were very competitive, so I believe that their project pricing would be in the ballpark of other quality outfits.

EHI was prompt in giving us a very detailed bid. They were courteous, respectful, and extremely professional. We were able to schedule them to perform the work in a very reasonable time. They removed their shoes, kept things clean all along the way, and consistently asked us for clarification when there was a question. We are so grateful for EHI and the care and quality in which they put into their work. A fabulous team.
