Go to this Dyson Service Center and you will be happy !!! We had an older Dyson upright that never worked well from our original purchase date. We did not know Dyson had this type of service center and we just lived with what we thought was a poor vacuum. Finally, we decided to buy an new vacuum but not a Dyson. At the last minute we looked up repairs for Dyson to see if there was anything we were doing wrong or could be fixed and went to this service center. Rafael helped us and fixed our vacuum and it is working great. After deciding not to buy another Dyson we ended up with Rafael's help buying a Dyson cordless Absolute model vacuum. We love our original Dyson which we were never happy with now and we absolutely are thrilled with the cordless model as well. Rafael was just great at being patient, understanding our problem, fixing it and answering all our questions about the cordless models. He ended up turning an unhappy customer into a happy customer and we ended up being a repeat customer. Thank you Rafael.
