But Connie consistently kept great customer service for us even after we got a mortgage such as providing us a very professional closing book-which we are still using it to file all the home related document, a personalized congrats card for our home, change of address cards, return address stamp and more. We cannot thank you enough for Connie that she made our home purchase experience so stress free and memorable. Honestly we've kept talking that we had never experienced that high level of customer service...ever.
