CONCRETE OPTIONS

Untrustworthy. Michael Lee, owner, spent half an hour looking at the job, then called two days later and gave a bid. I agreed and we made an appointment. 20 minutes before the job he calls and says he's decided he "doesn't have time." Pressed why, he claims it's not because he got a better job, but tries to make it sound like my fault somehow. He says he's afraid he wouldn't get paid. I offer to pay him up front, but he still refuses. He ends the call by telling me to "go ____ myself." 
 

This project wasn't typical,  I had already installed the forms, graded and compacted the area, and installed rebar.  Basically I was looking for someone to strictly do the finish work.   Mike did the pour when he said he was going to (depending on weather of course) and it all went well.  He came back to power wash and seal it and it turned out really well. 

They did a great job. They were prompt and efficient. The price was reasonable.

He worked with us and lowered the price when we volunteered to take part of the siding off of the house so he could deliver the cement from the driveway, rather than one wheelbarrow at a time down a flight of steps at the back of the house. He failed to show for one consultation but called to apologize. In the end, we were very pleased with the smooth surface and his concern about making it look good as well as being functional. Mike was very easy to work with, personable, and honest. We recommend him highly.
