Jim showed up right on time. He worked hard, and when he encountered a couple of older stains that wouldn't respond to treatment, he was honest about admitting so. Overall he did an excellent job at a very fair price (he even cleaned the upholstery on a pair of kitchen chairs at no extra charge). Though we hope not to have our carpets cleaned again for quite a while, Jim's the guy we'll hire when we do.

They did a very professional and thorough job of cleaning my household carpets. I have been very satisfied with them. I would use them again in the future.

They do excellent work. They also remember to put pads under the furnture, they remember to move the furniture, and make sure the carpet is dry before putting everything back in its place.

They did a real buggy clean and then took care of pet stains. The job went very well. They are personable. They were on time. Their pricing was easy to understand. They went above and beyond..They were scheduled for a certain time slot and they took longer to complete so they came in the next day and finished the job at no extra cost. I would use them in the future..

Jim arrived timely...hustled for several hours. To my pleasure the 10 year old carpets looked just about new. He was able to remove the stains that another carpet cleaner guy could not. I'm very pleased.

Jim Robert's slogun is "Great Service at an Affordable Price" and I couldn't agree more. He has cleaned the carpets in both my home and at my business. He is very flexible and can work around my schedule easily. Not only does he do the standard truck mount steam clean that I have come to expect from all carpet cleaners; he also interviewed me about the types of stains he saw before he got started. Some paint stains (I'm also an artist), some animal stains, some food stains. He was very forthright about which stains he expected to get out and which would probably not come out. In the end he was able to get out more stains than I thought possible. My husband has always felt paying for carpet cleaning was a waste of money, but even my do-it-yourself husband has no problem writing the check for Jim's services. Jim has vast knowledge of different carpet fibers and the proper enzymes to clean all kinds of stains from pet soil to food stains and ground in dirt of high traffic areas. The carpets looked great and felt great - just like new!
