My family has used Cascadia now for a refinance, equity loan and new home mortgage. Our experiences with Zach have been excellent. Unlike most other mortgage reps we worked with, Zach spent tons of time with us explaining the value/pitfalls of different mortgage options out there. He clearly helped us understand what the impact of making one choice over another would be, including: evaluating options to invest monthly savings for offsetting interest costs, understanding the market projection of our investment, and helping us look at funding options far beyond the ''this is what your monthly payment would be'' quotes. We also pressed him in the end with lots of questions and a tight timeline; he came out with everything ready on-time and as requested. Great service and information from start to finish.
