I consider Casa Limpa Cleaning a parter in my Airbnb business. They have been cleaning my home on a very regular basis for over a year now. I owe my 5 star rateing to the amazing job the do cleaning my large 3 bedroom, 4 bath home. They are always on-time, always friendly to deal with and ALWAYS do an amazing job cleaning my home. I feel so lucky to have found this company and I hope to have them as my go-to cleaning service for many, many years to come.

Casa Limpia is a very friendly and professional service. They are excellent communicators and go above and beyond to make your space sparkling clean. I highly recommend working with them. Their pricing is very reasonable, their staff is friendly, and I cannot stress enough how important the communication piece is. We will happily continue to give them our business.

WATCH YOUR BREAKABLES We used Casa Limpa Cleaning for about a year, found them to be satisfactory. The last time they came out, I was sent a picture from Anderson saying the crew had found a piece of a handle broken off a Japanese tea pot . When I got home I checked the tea pot, when I picked it up, the entire handle fell off. Not just the small piece Anderson had earlier. I contacted Casa Limpa/Anderson told him I had found the entire handle broken off and that the tea pot was not where I had left it, and there were shards of pottery around the tea pot. Anderson came back and said his crew stuck by their story that a part of the handle was broken when they got to the house and the handle must have broken off after they left. Anderson offered No apology, no offer to pay for the repair he only wanted to know if I want them to continue cleaning

It went pretty well. I always thought we can do cleaning ourselves but I was totally wrong when they showed us real professionalism of cleaning. They not only clean all the surfaces, vacuum carpets as we expected, but also clean the kitchen, cooktop + range hood, etc.

Did a great job. Were quite flexible and responsive in timing the job, as it was predicated on some work being done first to the unit by a contractor. As a result the schedule kept changing, but they adapted very easily. Would definitely recommend them.

It was easy to communicate with Anderson via texts. We scheduled appt. within a short window of a week. The two cleaners texted me the day of appt that they were ahead of schedule and came early with my permission. There were two people who were very friendly and nice. They listened, worked very efficiently and did a very good job cleaning. We are definitely scheduling them back. They were priced fairly and I would recommend them.

Anderson was extremely punctual in responding to my search, the crew of two cleaners arrived when they said they would, and the attention to detail in the work they performed was exceptional. I've never seen a cleaning crew unscrew and clean our stove hood filter, but they did, and that's just one example of the extra effort they provided. They were at our home for over four hours working! We will be using their services once a month now. Thanks!

I got a pre-move-in cleaning that went great. Casa Limpa was able to fit me in on short notice and they did a fantastic job. They came after move-in to start doing a regular bi-weekly cleaning and were great again...thoroughly cleaned all areas and they took care not to damage the walls, floors, etc. The cleaners who came were very friendly. The main contact person, Anderson, is also friendly and is very quick to respond to questions and requests. Overall fantastic experience.

The crew is very responsive to personalized requests for deep cleaning needs. With two 80 lbs dogs and a busy household, I am happy to say Casa Limpa has meet my standards. I feel comforable knowing my requests are meet with follow through. They are excellent.

Casa Limpa's cleaning team came prepared with all the supplies and equipment. Very polite, clean, and professional. Did an outstanding job - quickly and thoroughly. My home is usually quite clean - but after Casa Limpa's visit, it was noticeably better. I have used them more than once. Even if the team is different, the results are similar.

It went good. Initially 2 people came and did deep cleaning for 10 hours (5 hrs each person) and second time I hired them for 4 hours (2 hrs each) and the lady who did kitchen and restrooms, she did really excellent. The lady who came for deep cleaning also did awesome cleaning of kitchen and restrooms.

It went GREAT!! They worked hard, they LISTENED to make sure they knew what I wanted. I have referred them to friends who have also been VERY PLEASED.

So far, we are very impressed and happy with our experience! Setting up an initial cleaning was easy, and the crew did a fantastic job (I like to tell people that I have happy tears when I see how amazing our oven looks now). We're now on a regular cleaning schedule, and are very grateful to have such a solid staff helping us handle the chore load.

Everything went really well. Rose and Felipe showed up when expected. They were hard workers and very nice. Before beginning, Rose asked me if I was okay with her cleaning product (which happened to be my favorite product as well). They left the main floor of the house spotless and smelling wonderful. No more cat fur or mystery spots. They also cleaned the window wells that had been badly neglected. What a relief! This initial cleaning took 3 hours. I am super happy with their work and have signed on for regular bi-weekly service with them.

Not only were they able to find a crew to come visit, they did and EXCELLENT job.

I had a angies list coupon that i had opted for, after reading raving reviews. but the service provided was dismal. We have a large house and by no means was i expecting everything to be cleaned. Given it was a limited time service, i had asked them to do just the bathrooms and they took an inordinate amount of time and in spite of that the cleaning was less than satisfactory

My house has never felt cleaner! Prompt at 8 a.m. and the cleaners were professional and thorough. I'll hire again.

Old houses are hard to clean and they did an amazing job, getting marks and fingerprints off the kitchen cabinets, saving me from having to paint them and cleaned a pretty dirty stove so that it looked like new. I like that they don't charge a specific extra price to do things like clean the stove. They just do what needs to be done and then charge based on the time it took. I think they were there a bit longer than anticipated because of the grubbiness and age of the house, but it seems they still charged me less than the full time they were there. The owner, Anderson, came at the beginning and looked at everything, left 2 cleaners there to clean, and then he came back at the end and inspected and touched up small items. He was very professional and I knew I was in good hands. This is the 2nd time I used this company. If I needed a weekly/bi-weekly clean, I would definitely use them as well.
