Casa Limpa Cleaning Services Inc

Casa Limpa was very accommodating and scheduled the service on short
notice for exactly the time and date I requested.  The cleaners showed
up on time, performed an efficient service and finished more than I
expected during the time allotted.  I will ask them to return for a deep
cleaning and set up a regular service.  This was a surprixe for my
wife's birthday and she was thrilled!

The cleaners arrived early and were very polite and professional. They did a great job cleaning and worked hard for the entire 2 hours. I would write more for the review but nothing more needs to be said.

My overall experience was very good.  Anderson Falcao went to great lengths to accommodate my scheduling needs.  He personally accompanied his other staff member and for the time I contracted, they did an excellent job.  I am expecting them to return again, and in fact use them on a regular twice a month basis.  He honored his Angie's special rate and in addition is honoring a $25 referral fee to be applied to my next appointment and another $25 referral fee discount to the person I referred.  Casa Limpa Cleaning Services are fair, conscientious and professional.

Could not ask for better service and results

Casa Limpa does a good job cleaning my house.  Not only do they do the normal vacumming, dusting, etc., but they make sure that the ceiling in my bathroom is mildew free.  The cleaners that come are usually punctual, and are always friendly, professional and thoughtful.  I have referred Casa Limpa to others.

It went well. They showed up on time and they did what I asked them to do. They were quite nice and personable.

They did an excellent job and everything went well. I got an offer on my house the very same day they did the cleanout. I had a friend come over and take pictures and send them to me after they were done because I wasn’t present. I was very impressed. They are a wonderful company. The owner, Anderson, always returned my calls and stuck to the price he quoted me. I am very impressed with him. I have not used any other company before so I don't know if it was a fair price. I got a quote from someone else but they were not clear on what they were going to do. Anderson was pretty specific on what he was going to do. Their quality was excellent and they did an awesome job. Their responsiveness was very good. Anderson himself was very professional and he always has been because I talked to him about a year earlier.

It went excellent. I can't say enough good things about them. These are the services that makes me fall in love with Angie's List. They are very accomodating.

She was great. I have used her many times now. She charges $15 an hour and with a minimum of five hours and I usually gave her a tip. She usually does general house cleaning like clean the bathroom, clean the kitchen and wash the floors. However, the last time it was for cleaning the house in preparation for sale. Overall it went fine. Initially we communicated in Spanish because her English wasn?t too good. However, it got better and better because she went to school to learn English. They have other people whose English is better. She is always on time. I have moved out and I don?t think they would come here.

Arrival on time, professional and friendly. They did what they promised cleaned my house! I will have them back when we move out.

They came in and they scrubbed the bathrooms. They cleaned the mill work, scrubbed the door thresh holds to outside, and cleaned the wood floors. I appreciated that they were careful in the cleaning of those. I have heard of other cleaning services damaging wood floors by using excessive water. They did a lovely job of vaccuuming the bedrooms. They cleaned the furnace closet. The mini-blinds were also thoroughly cleaned. I did not ask them to do a lot of cleaning in the kitchen since it was recently remodeled and had all new appliances. They did remove the dust in there though.

It was nice to return from work to find the apartment clean and spotless. I have an almost four year old at home so you can imagine the mess. The floor was clean under the table and in the corners. The dishes were done. Also the bathroom was done nicely. They didn't cut corners on cleaning the tub and behind the toilet; which is why I will continue to use this service.
