Cara went above and beyond when it came to helping us both buy and sell. It was a big decision for us and she walked us through every step. She was patient with us and would only show us houses that she knew fit our needs. When Cara found us the house that we wanted to buy she negotiated expertly on our behalf and was able to get our offer accepted in a multiple offer situation. We were so happy we got the home of our dreams! Then when she listed our home it sold in 4 days! The experience could not have been better!
