Two men arrived on time, asked what stuff needed to be removed, gave an estimate and noted that there was an extra charge for fluorescent bulbs and paint. Worked efficiently to get it done. Charged exactly what they said it would cost.

They were here within an hour of calling. About $100 for a 50gal water heater, 4 tires, washing machine and a couple other small items. Not sure why I waited so long to do this. Very inexpensive and fast. Will use again!

The job went great they arrived early the entire crew introduce themselves to me and my wife. We walked around the house and outside and identified everything we wanted removed. They had the job complete within 50 minutes. It was a pleasure working with them they were very professional and friendly would definitely hire them again.

I scheduled Busby online, they showed up within 15 minutes of the appointment, and only needed 10 minutes to clear out the pile of junk in my garage. They even swept the garage up afterwards! Cheaper, faster, and less stressful than hauling the junk to the dump ourselves. A+++!

The guys were on time, polite and skillfully managed removing a heavy recliner down a flight of stairs. Also removed a lot of other stuff.

Terrific. TV too heavy for us and they recycle. Dylan and Elliott were friendly and efficient. Nice that they don't take whole bed, etc. to dump.

Great !! I called them and asked if they would the Angie's list coupon price on phone. They said yes and I scheduled a pickup date. On the pickup day, they ran an hour behind schedule but were professional to call and inform me prior. The pickup persons were courteous, professional and informed on what they could take/cannot take, etc. Overall a smooth experience and my garage now has more room. Thanks.

Very well- price higher than I'd hoped

I recently moved into a new house and wanted to get rid of some old junk the owners left behind. Busby Junk Removal was AWESOME. - They were able to come same-day (Saturday). - The crew of 3 showed up with a positive, can-do attitude. - They were clean and efficient. They loaded up their truck in no time. No complaints. - Their price beat all other quotes, by more than half in some cases. - It was easy to pay. I had multiple options; gave them my credit card and we were set. - They were super friendly. We chatted briefly about the weather and life and they were on their way to their next job in minutes.

Requested for a price quote in the morning and couple hours later the team was here picking up my junk! I would certainly hire this company again!

The two young men were exactly on time. They were friendly and professional. All the "junk" was moved successfully. Some items were large and needed to be taken apart. We were very pleased and would use them again. Dr.J Watson
