The doors in our house have been a huge headache. Last year, we called a different service to fix the same front door. He overcharged for the parts, was outrageous for the cost of his service call, and didn't fix it right. So this time, we decided to use Angie's list based on the reviews and called Bonafide Lock and Safe.
The difference was night and day. The locksmith arrived, assessed the problem and had to order parts to return the next day. We did not get charged for a second service call, and he fixed the door in about 10 minutes with the new parts. They performed quality work for a fair price. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
