He showed up and repaired the microwave

He came on time, discovered the problem and fixed it.

Very well. Karen found the Bosch cook-top repair parts (which were in limited supply) through her network of suppliers. She was competitively priced on both product and service. Hughby is a service technician extraordinaire. He arrived on time, with all the parts and was able to get our Bosch gas cook-top and Bosch dishwasher operational. I'm very pleased and as the company name implies, they are "At Your Service"!

It ended up being a wiring issue that was found and resolved quickly.

From the start this was a good experience. Karen took my call and obtained the necessary information so she could provide an estimate on the cost. She checked on parts for the work and noted that only two were in stock so she took the initiative to get them ordered so they would be available an in house in time for the install. She then facilitated the appointment. I was given a range for the work and Hubie arrived right on time to do the work. He completed the work, hooked the Dryer back up and tested it out. It looks great and I would use them again.

All went well. I was particularly impressed by the company's willingness to squeeze me in to their crowded schedule on very short notice. Upon leaving, Jon told me to call immediately should I have any difficulty with the repair. I would recommend their services to anyone and will call them again should I have a broken large appliance in the future.

Excellent, honest service on our Dacor double oven. Hubie knew just what the problem was and fixed it in an hour. I will definitely call Hubie again when we need service on an appliance. He is experienced and forthright, just the kind of serviceperson to call.

Hubie is an old-school appliance repair guy. And by that I mean that he does only what's necessary, doesn't over-complicate things, and does the repair right the first time.
We've used Hubie to repair appliances before. My favorite was the time we had an older oven fail. He said he had bad news and good news. The bad news was that a circuit board wire had failed, but the replacement part was no longer available. The good news was that he had fixed the circuit himself, with a soldering iron and some new wire. The oven worked fine for years after that.
Whenever we need an appliance repaired, I just call Hubie.

Hubie Holland is a hard working and honest repairman. A few years ago he made several repairs on a Fisher and Paykel dish drawer that we owned. We really appreciated when he informed us of a program that Fand P instituted to replace our dishwasher at no cost because of reliability problems. We never would have known about this program without his help.

After spring-cleaning my oven for Passover using the self-clean feature, the next day I found that it would not heat up,and I was expecting 12 people for dinner and had lots of other cooking to do for later in the week. I got the number for At Your Service from an appliance store that wasn't doing repairs. Karen listened sympathetically to my desparate want for an oven before the evening, and for cooking the next day, and worked with me on the phone to check availablility of the parts that might need replacing, and even of new ovens. When the repair truck finally returned to dispatch, she checked with the service man that he had a thermostat on the truck and asked him to add a final repair to his day. He came right out and saved the day!

They called the morning of the appointment to confirm that they were coming and give a better time of arrival. He arrived right on time and quickly fixed the problem. He was friendly and knew what he was doing, so if we ever need appliance repair in the future, we'll be calling them again.

One phone call scheduled an appointment the next day between 9:30-12:30, technician showed up at 11:00 and by 11:30 had diagnosed and fixed the issue. Replaced the dryer's thermal fuse, tested it out and cleaned out the exhaust in case it was leading to the failure. Very happy with the service overall.

Their price was well under what I thought I was going to pay. They were quick and didn’t try to sell me anything that wasn’t needed. They didn’t disturb anybody. I am very happy with them. He was great, and I would use him again.

They could have done much better overall. They attempted to give me good service. Their intentions were good -- but it really wasn't a great overall. The service man was very pleasant and his intentions were good. The owner seemed nice enough and wanted to please. I just think that now that I have a loud knocking sound in my machine and there wasn't one before, that the competance level could be better. So I'm now turning to another company. So that's the route I'm now taking. The technician said he "tested" the dryer and it's working great now." And it's obviously not. Also, I was quoted the job at $130 - 150ish. It cost over $200.

The service went well ~

Technicians arrived on time and immediately set about working on the stove top that had a continuously clicking starter. Tech cleaned off ignitors for each of 4 burners but clicking continued. They fiddled with wires for a few minutes, did a more thorough job of cleaning ignitors, and then switched out a new ignitor for one of the burners, which solved the problem. The technicians were cordial but did not clean-up their mess of carbon dust left all over the top of the stove and on counter top. They left behind the package wrapping for the part used and through phone calls to the manufacturer I found I was charged more than double and possibly 3 times (difficult to say exactly because their invoice was not detailed) the retail cost for a simple piece I could have installed. Their invoice was not itemized and difficult to follow with no explanation of what the various listed fees were for. I was in the room and observed while work was done. The quality of the work was good and sufficient in that the stove now works correctly, which I am thankful for, but for almost $300 and less than 30 minutes of actual work to clean off some ignitors and replace one ignitor I feel I was overcharged.

Service went very well. Called prior to appointment to confirm time, and showed up on time. Service was relatively easy, by resetting a circuit on the oven and screwing in a paddle on the dryer. Serviceman was quick, courteous and showed me how to fix the units if I ran into similar problems in the future.

He warned me to call the minute he left to book my appointment so that I would get in by the time the part arrived. He was neat and clean and very well dressed. He protected my floor by putting a cloth so he wouldn't scratch it when he pulled out the dishwasher. He was he very polite and had a great sense of humor. They're in high demand, so book your appointment early.
