Good.

I was attempting to bake one evening and reached into my baking cabinet to grab the sugar. Low and behold, half the bag was eaten and covered in a grimy black grease. After pulling a few more things out of the cabinet, I found tons of rat droppings and other signs of critters getting into everything. It was probably 7pm in the evening and ArmaGetem was the only exterminator that 1) picked up the phone and 2) came over right away. He helped me clean up the mess and set traps that evening. Luckily, they never got out of the cabinet!

He came back the next morning with a game plan - setting more traps, patching the hole in the cabinet and going into the crawl space to close up any gaps. I was extremely happy with the results and we haven't had any rats since! He also sprayed for carpenter ants, which he had noticed while walking around the building. This is a honest, hard working guy - a bit pricey since I had to sign up for a year - but highly recommended!

Yellow Jackets entered into our attic and from there began to enter into our house. My wife I and have looked at many companies and the price of Armagetem's service to go into the attic and spray the nest was beyond reasonable (very good). Other companies quoted as high as $350 just for the first treatment and $99-$150 quarterly. The first treatment with ArmaGetem was $225+tx and $125+tx quarterly (every 3 months/ 12 mo agreement) and they guarantee the service in writing. They also included spider treatment as well. I am Very pleased with ArmaGetem and the whole process. This is a good business and hope them high continued success.
