Before they did any work they made me give them my credit card information and sign a waiver that I wouldn't ever blame them if anything leaked or went wrong and I couldn't come after them.  The man was there about ten minutes and did a job I could have done myself if I knew what was wrong.  I would never reccomend them.

I contacted Apollo Spa after driving by their Tacoma store, just off I-5. My request was to remove and discard an older hot tub that came with the house when purchased in 2009. Tub removal was indeed a service provided by Apollo (I did not contact any other companies). We scheduled a day that I would be home from work early which was about a week out from initial contact. On the day of removal, the crew called me one hour before arriving to confirm that I would be home. They arrived exactly on time. It took them about 30 minutes to disconnect and carry the tub to the driveway. The crew cleaned up the area before leaving. My experience was that the Apollo crew and staff were professional, courteous, and prompt. No complaints. A satisfied customer.

We got a great deal on our hot tub at the Seattle Home Show last year. A selling point for us was the supposed higher quality of their jets. They demonstrated how they were made much better than jets of other hot tubs so would give fewer problems. That has been far from the truth. The hot tub itself is beautiful, but we constantly have jets come out and in fact have 4 that need to be replaced. They did tell me that they have changed the way the jets fit in their sections and would retroactively change our jets out for the new fit. I am about to contact them now to make that request and hopefully they will follow through. We have also had problems with sales staff recommending the wrong type of chemicals based upon the type of filtration system that we have. This resulted in quite a bit of work for my husband to re-do the water, get out the gunk, clean the tub, and re-do the ph balance from scratch. We have been through that issue two times. The sales staff is always very nice, but its hit or miss if you get someone that is truly knowledgeable. I have been rather disappointed with our experience. The higher price paid, versus what we could have paid for a hot tub elsewhere, has resulted in a very beautiful tub on the outside with below average performance based upon our expectations following our sales pitch.

PROFESSIONAL AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE SALES STAFF. CONTRACTED THROUGH A 3RD PARTY FOR DELIVERY. THEY CALLED THE STORE TO HAVE ADDITIONAL HELP IN REMOVING THE OLD HOT TUB BECAUSE OF ITS WEIGHT. OVERALL DID A GREAT JOB.
